We use a safe and secure payment process to ensure every transaction reaches us reliably. For large-volume orders, price discounts can be negotiated as part of our partnership policy. Below is an outline of the typical costs you may expect:

Design Fee

This covers the cost of turning your workstation ideas into practical designs. Share your requirements with us, and our engineering team will create layouts that match your workflow.

Shipping Fee

This is the cost of delivering your order safely and efficiently to your facility, based on destination, order volume, and transportation method.

Miscellaneous Fee

These are small charges related to taxes, service fees, documentation, or clearance procedures required to process your order.

Sample Product Fee

This fee applies if you need a sample workstation or component built to your specifications. Additional samples will incur additional charges.

30% T/T Fee

You may choose to pay in full or make a 30% deposit to begin production. The remaining balance will be paid later.

70% Final Payment

The remaining 70% must be settled within the agreed period before shipment or upon order completion.
